The water of Amos is, undoubtedly, one of the best untreated water in the world. This exceptional quality is given to it natural composition of the soil and by the physical processes that govern the renewal of the water in the esker. All chemical analysis to date confirms that quality.

These analyses have observed that water is supplied to Amos mainly from the soil of the esker. This is new water and weakly mineralized. There is no trace of nitrate, which is conclusive proof of the complete absence of organic pollution. The mineral concentrations are extremely low and are very well below the requirements of Health Canada, which makes Amos water better for human health.
