Forêt ornithologique Askikwaj

The “Ornithological Askikwaj Forest” is a site for hiking and bird watching.

185, 3e et 4e Rang Ouest, La Corne

The “Ornithological Askikwaj Forest” is a site for hiking (snowshoeing in winter) and bird watching. Two narrow paths sneak respectfully amidst a conservation area with a hill and two lakes. The «Sentiers des belvédères» atop the hill is well suited to walkers of all ages as it offers many interesting landscapes and takes less than an hour. The «Sentiers des oiseaux» around the mountain is more appropriate for those seeking a more ambitious walk from a variety of habitats promoting observation. Several bird houses are installed along the trail.

Access is free and open at all times.
